FAQs

Missed out on event tickets? Can I still place an order or attend?

We’re so sorry you weren’t able to grab a ticket, our events often sell out quickly! But don’t worry, there’s still a chance to attend.

If you head to the event page of your choice and scroll towards the bottom, you’ll find a waitlist form. If a spot opens up (for example, if someone can no longer make it), we’ll get in touch.

Please note that the waitlist operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so the sooner you sign up, the better your chances of being contacted. Fingers crossed we get to see you there!

I’m outside the UK – can I still place an order?

Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping products to customers based in the UK. To receive updates on our merch please subscribe to our mailing list.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our current processing time to despatch an order is 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received. 

The information is for guidance in the event of no significant delays.

Once despatched, your parcel will take:

UK Standard: 3-7 working days 

(Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

It will take a couple days from the dispatch date for you to receive your item. If it you haven't received it a week from your dispatch date please email hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk so the status of your order can be checked.

I placed my order over 24 hours ago but haven’t received a confirmation email – what should I do?

These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email us at hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk with your name to help locate your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes to your order cannot be guarantee but please contact hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.

What info do I need to provide when placing an order?

You will need to provide your email, phone number, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address.

Can I update my email or shipping address after placing an order?

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk with your updated details, and we’ll do our best to update your order. Once updated, we’ll send you a new confirmation email.

While we try our hardest to make changes, it’s important to double-check your details when placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to retrieve or change it.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express.

Is my payment information safe?

Payment information is processed securely. No card details are transferred to or held by Productive Babe Club. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.

I’ve asked for a refund – when and how will I get it?
