I am based outside of the UK - can I place an order?
Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping to customers based in the UK. To receive updates on our merch please subscribe to our mailing list.
How long will my parcel take to get to me?
Our current processing time to despatch an order is 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received.
The information is for guidance in the event of no significant delays.
Once despatched, your parcel will take:
UK Standard: 3-7 working days
(Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays)
Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
It will take a couple days from the dispatch date for you to receive your item. If it you haven't received it a week from your dispatch date please email theproductivebabeclub@gmail.com so the status of your order can be checked.
I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?
These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email us at theproductivebabeclub@gmail.com with your name to help locate your order details.
Can I change my order?
Changes to your order cannot be guarantee but please contact theproductivebabeclub@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
You will need to provide your email, phone number, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address.
Can I change my email or shipping address?
Send an email to theproductivebabeclub@gmail.com with your updated details as soon as possible and we will try get this updated for you. You will then receive an updated confirmation email.
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely. No card details are transferred to or held by Productive Babe Club. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the original debit or credit card used at checkout.
