I can’t attend an event I booked - can I get a refund?

We have a no-refund policy for all events due to the nature of our planning and our partnerships with other businesses. However, in the case of serious or emergency unforeseen circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you're feeling unwell, we recommend waiting until 48–24 hours before the event to decide, in case you're feeling better and able to attend.

If you can’t make it, we kindly ask that you try to find a replacement, someone who can attend in your place. Perhaps try a friend or another community member. Just let us know via email, their full name, email and contact number.

If you're unable to find a replacement, we’ll try offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Please note that finding a replacement does not guarantee a refund, as all refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances.

Please note: Tickets must not be resold at a different price, and no money should be exchanged directly between members. All payments must be made directly to Productive Babe Club. If we become aware of ticket reselling or price manipulation, we may take action, including removing individuals from future events.

I bought a ticket from someone else - is it valid and can I get a refund?

Tickets are only sold directly by Productive Babe Club via our official website. Please do not reply to comments or messages on social media from people claiming to have spare tickets, these are not verified sales.

If you need to transfer your ticket, all communication must happen through our official channels (email or Instagram), and a team member will handle the process. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from unofficial ticket exchanges.

Can I return an item I purchased?

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances:

  • The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Multiple orders are not combined and are returned using the correct unique return labels.
  • The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and details of the return request have been sent to hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please use email us at hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

You may request an exchange for an alternative size for our hoodies which will be sent out to you once the original purchased item has been received. This is subject to stock availability*.

*If there is no available stock for the requested size at the time of processing your exchange, a refund will automatically be processed.

Are there any items that can’t be returned?

Hygiene and our community members safety is very important, so items can’t be returned for refunds if they have previously been worn and/or used in any way.

We inspect all items upon their return. 

How long do returns take to process?

We aim to process returns as soon as possible, although it can take longer at busy times. Once your return has been processed you will recieve an email acknowledging receipt of your return and your refund/exchange will be completed as soon as possible after this.

Please keep all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied with your refund/exchange.
