I can’t attend an event I booked. Can I get a refund?
We operate a no-refund policy for all events due to the nature of our planning and partnerships with other businesses.
If you’re no longer able to attend, please notify us via email using the same details you used to make your purchase. Your spot may then be offered to someone on the waiting list, however, this does not qualify for a refund.
For the safety and integrity of our community, tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, and payments should not be exchanged between members. All tickets must be purchased directly through Productive Babe Club.
Can I resell my ticket?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
For the safety and security of all members, tickets must be purchased directly through the Productive Babe Club website. Payments cannot be exchanged between members and will only be accepted when made directly to Productive Babe Club.
If we become aware of ticket reselling or price manipulation, we reserve the right to take action, including denying event entry or restricting access to future events. Tickets not purchased directly from us will not be accepted for attendance.
I purchased a ticket from someone else, is it valid and can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold exclusively through the official Productive Babe Club website. Tickets purchased from third parties or individuals are not valid and will not be accepted for entry. Please do not respond to comments or messages on social media from anyone claiming to have spare tickets, as these sales are not verified.
If you are unable to attend an event, all communication must take place through our official channels (email), where a team member will assist you directly. Productive Babe Club is not responsible for any issues, losses, or refunds related to tickets purchased through unofficial or third-party exchanges.

Can I return an item I purchased?
We’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item is in its original condition and unworn.
- You have a valid proof of purchase.
- The item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- You’ve contacted us at hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk to let us know about your return.
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets these conditions, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully completed.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email us at hello@productivebabeclub.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When can I expect my refund?
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible however, processing times may be longer during busy periods.
Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please retain all proof of postage until your refund has been fully resolved.
