Building Balance: in movement and in hormone health
As winter approaches, it’s normal to feel a little sluggish and out of sync. On top of that, as women, we often feel confused and struggle to understand our own bodies, whether it’s bloating, low energy, or unexpected changes like growing hair in new places. We want to end 2025 feeling a little more in tune with our bodies and a little less confused. So, what better way to reset than by balancing your body and your hormones?
We’re excited to bring you Building Balance: in movement and in hormone health starting with a beginner-friendly Pilates session led by Nourie Studios, followed by a panel-style conversation with Keisha Sethi, PCOS coach and founder of Shanti Teas.
The event will close with networking, giving you space to connect, learn, and leave feeling inspired and empowered. Of course, there will be refreshments to enjoy during the event and gift bags so you can continue your self-care at home.
