Mia, a Naturopathic Doctor and Herbalist, will guide you through the foundations of hormonal health, you'll leave with practical tools and natural remedies to help bring your body back into balance.

By the end of the event, you’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more informed about your cycle and empowered with tools to support your hormones.
